14-day money-back promise
If you bought a product key and you're not happy with it, for any reason, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it and we'll give you your money back in full. You don't have to explain why, though we'd be grateful to hear what went wrong so we can fix it.
How to ask for a refund
- Email fesbackups@gmail.com from the email address you used to buy.
- Include your order number (it's in your purchase receipt email).
- We'll reply within 3 working days. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 working days to show it.
What happens to the key
When a refund is made, the product key is cancelled, so it can't be activated again on any PC. Please remove Noor Shield from the PC that used it: open the app, go to Parent settings and click Remove protection completely (step-by-step guide).
After 14 days
After 14 days, refunds are not usually given. But if the app never worked on your PC, or you were charged twice by mistake, contact us anyway and we'll make it right.
